After submitting your product, you will be redirected to your Gadget Flow dashboard. To ensure a seamless experience, please complete the onboarding steps, which should take approximately 5 minutes. To help guide you through this process, we have provided a series of screenshots below for both E-Commerce and Crowdfunding onboarding steps. Before we can provide you with a preview, kindly submit the following.
Ecommerce
Business Model: Share your business model: e-commerce or crowdfunding. Select the latter if you have already launched or are planning to launch a crowdfunding campaign.
Photos: Please provide 5-8 high-quality images that adhere to the following specifications.
Maximum total size: 24MB
Minimum resolution: 1,600 pixels in width, 900 pixels in height
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, TIFF
Note: Refrain from using white background images, logos, or images with text or graphics.
Video: If you have a video showcasing your product, please provide a YouTube link. Only links in this format will be accepted.
Unique Selling Points: List a few bullet points highlighting the unique features and selling points of your product.
Crowdfunding Campaign
Business Model: Share your business model: e-commerce or crowdfunding.Select the latter if you have already launched or are planning to launch a crowdfunding campaign.
Is your campaign live or not?: If your campaign is not live, please add a tentative date for when you are planning to launch so that we can secure a spot for you on our platform. Please also share a link to your campaign’s preview page so our editors have all the information about your product.
Tracking Setup:: : Once you choose a plan with us, please give us tracking access on Kickstarter so that we are able to give you a more exact result while analyzing the clicks we send you on your campaign page.
Step 1: Go to the Kickstarter dashboard.
Step 2: Invite [email protected] as a collaborator.
Step 3: Give us the right to monitor “Backer Activity.”

After completing your onboarding steps, we’ll send you a preview within 48 to -72 hours. You’ll be able to request changes to the preview. However, if you are happy with the preview, click on the green approve button below it so we can schedule your listing to go live.
