Tracking Performance

Tracking Performance

Updated 4 months ago

Traffic:

We use a 3rd party service (Rebrandly) to accurately track clicks generated from our platform, apps, social media channels and newsletters. You can

login to your dashboard at any time to monitor the performance of your campaign.

Conversions:

Conversions can be tracked on your side, depending on the platform or tracking tool you are using. Granting us access will allow us to create accurate tracking links and monitor the performance of our efforts.

Google Analytics:

Under "Access Management, click the + icon then "Add users". Grant viewer access to [email protected] and notify us via email. You can follow the steps here.

Shopify:

We'll send you a collaborator request from our Shopify partner account with the following permissions:
  • Reports
  • Dashboards
  • Marketing

Amazon:

A unique tracking link will be created from our Amazon partner account so we can track every sales coming from Gadget Flow.

Kickstarter and Indiegogo:

After adding us as collaborator on your crowdfunding campaign, we'll create unique tracking tags. You will be able to see the direct pledges coming from us as "GadgetFlow" on your Kickstarter/Indiegogo dashboard.

- Adding a collaborator on Kickstarter:
  1. Head to your Project Collaborators page.
  2. Add our email [email protected]
  3. Give us rights to Edit Project and Coordinate Fulfillment.
  4. Click send invitation
- Adding a collaborator on Indiegogo:
  1. Open your Indiegogo campaign page
  2. Select “CAMPAIGN EDITOR”
  3. Select “TEAM”
  4. Scroll down until “Team Member”
  5. Input [email protected]
  6. Select the role as collaborators and tick the checkbox of “Full editing access” right under the email address
  7. Send the invite

Below you may find the cases in which pledges are not captured properly:

  • a) If someone clicks pre-order from our iOS or Android app and the official Kickstarter/Indiegogo app opens on the device then the pledge will be marked as "Direct"
  • b) Pledges are not attributed if the user has an ad blocker on his browser or uses incognito window
