The Consumer Electronics Show takes place every January in Las Vegas. Regardless of when the official event begins, brands of all sizes usually have a hard time keeping new products a secret. As a result, we see tons of leaks, pre-CES announcements, and unveilings in the weeks leading up to the show.
This year is no different as plenty of big brands are teasing us with new products and upgrades. Here are five that we’re most excited to see at CES 2019.
LG Ultra Monitors
If you are looking for the latest monitors, wait for the two new ones from LG at CES 2019. The LG UltraWide Monitor (model 49WL95) is expected to have a 49-inch screen along with a 32:9 aspect ratio. It’s actually going to be the equivalent of two side-by-side 16:9 screens.
The second one will be the LG’s UltraGear Gaming Monitor. It’s a curved 4K display with a 144 Hz refresh rate which enables you to enjoy a smoother and richer gaming experience.
LG’s Rollable TV
Although it’s more of a re-launch, it’s great nonetheless – the LG rollable TV prototype. It was very popular during CES 2018 and this year, the TV is finally available. Yes, you can actually roll this TV up just like a newspaper. But, that’s not all. The TV also comes with a 4K UHD resolution. The idea is to make TV transportable but as of now, it’s more of a sci-fi concept. Imagine tucking your TV into a box and carrying it around with you wherever you go.
TiVo Android TV Box
According to sources, the TIVO Creek Android Voice Remote 2018 will be a hand-held custom universal remote control with Bluetooth LE (BLE) and infrared (IR) support. It will probably ship with a separate Android TV Box. It’s also rumored that the remote is said to have a separate control for Netflix.
Samsung Frame and Serif TV
No CES is complete without Samsung TVs. The Frame and Serif TV, Samsung’s flagship lifestyle TV lines, combine entertainment and home decor.
According to Jongsuk Choo, Executive Vice President of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics, “The traditional TV was only focused on technical features, such as picture quality and performance, but now TVs are also a lifestyle platform that blends in consumers’ daily life. This year’s models of The Frame and SERIF TV are enhanced lifestyle TVs that deliver a TV experience like nothing before.”
Razer Keyboard and Mouse for Xbox One
After the Razer BlackWidow and Razer DeathAdder, the brand has now partnered with Microsoft to make your Xbox One gaming experience even better. The latest keyboard and mouse from Razer is all about Xbox One gaming efficiency with Razer-like excellence.
Now, we’re off to fully prepare ourselves for all the latest tech releases from CES 2019. Stay tuned for all the updates.
