Experience a new way of riding with the CeramicSpeed Driven Chainless Bike Drivetrain. This innovative drivetrain concept aims to eliminate the need for chains and derailleurs to make your bike more efficient. The drive shaft concept utilizes 21 CeramicSpeed Bearings to create an incredibly efficient drivetrain. Likewise, Driven uses a pinion style drive shaft system. The bearings transfer torque through the drive shaft from the front ring to the 13-speed rear cog. In addition, Driven produces 49% less friction in comparison to a standard drivetrain. Unlike a traditional drivetrain, Driven removes all eight points of sliding fiction. It replaces them with only two points of bear rolling friction that are more efficient. Furthermore, this chainless bike drivetrain is ideal for a variety of applications including commuting bicycles, e-bikes, and time trial bicycles. Driven is currently a prototype.
