Got it
I use the flashlight, knife, and flat driver all day every day. IT saves me so many steps. Its a great tool
I received the lanyards for my Asus's with my Blitzblade 2.0. Thanks I had problems with thew end not fitting into the tube but waited a week and saw the video you put up showing how to fix it. I can not wait for your next project. The last 3 that I have backed have made me a fan of your items. They are well built and hold up to daily use. Keep up the good work.
Thanks
We’ll get you a message and sort it out one way or another!

Please help to check my pledge as until now i have not received any email regarding the shipping.
Thanks
I have now spent over an hour doing micro adjustments and it still doesn’t fit right.
Super frustrating...
I also noticed it must not be centred correctly as it changes fit depending on which rotation you happen to be on when inserting.
I have given up...
Love the concept but not happy with the product as I now have an expensive window breaker.
Andrew
In other words, I do not trust the tool as I was hoping the bits would hold much better then it does.
Looks like the previous model has a better design in that regard.
Thanks
Andrew
I will attempt to rectify as per the video provided & reserve judgment until then. Cheers,
Andrew
We've had a few messages about the tip being either too loose or too tight when trying to fit the window punch end into the body in order to use the bit holder. Basically that screw opposite the ball bearing needs to be removed and then you can loosen or tighten the ball bearing to make it fit to your liking. nearly all the people with this issue were able to resolve it with this fix. Here is a simple video showing you the process: https://youtu.be/i5D7kKtCiZg Any issues after checking out the video feel free to shoot us a message and we'll troubleshoot! Any questions or issues with the kydex sheath please send an email to the custom kydex maker Jeff@justholsterit.com and he'll make it right!
Thanks
