Oh Floatti Floatti. It's like you guys just strive to do the wrong thing. Literally almost anyone could have done a better job than you guys. At what point after not generating enough clash flow will you call It quits?
So, I just check my backer kit. I was # 527 and in the USA. Needless to say, there's no circle roundly READY TO SHIP ergo, it's not on this so called "shipment"and you'll never raise any cash from future sales ERGO, I'm SCREWED out of $670.00. YOU GUYS SUCK!

You do realize, don’t you that Q3 begins in about a week? Or did you mean Q3 2019? You just can’t resist jerking your backers around. You give yourself deadlines then ignore them. You haven’t met a single one yet. The latest example is the app. You stated that it would be revamped (to hide the non existent smart handle feature) and relaunched June 11. Didn’t happen. It just all lies. It’s completely reprehensible that you are retailing the cases to others that your backers have paid for here. It’s a pyramid scheme. Or fraud. The responsible thing to do would be to get a bank loan and fulfill your obligation to those who gave you a start. But banks expect follow thru and you are not capable.

How do I log into Backerkit? When are the bags going to be delivered?
I was literally one of your earlier backers and I don’t have a black circle with my “Ready to Ship” status. You’re telling me that now I’ll never get my suitcase? I’m going to put in a formal dispute. This is ridiculous. I have never seen such poor mismanagement in my life. I have an MBA and would’ve happily consulted on your supply chain and finance issues for FREE and yet, you guys did not own up to anything and hire the right professionals. Now you’re in the red for what I will estimate as hundreds of thousands, if not already at a million with thousands of angry customers and can’t even make the appropriate business decision and pull the plug and refund everyone. Miserable. I will actively spend my time telling people NOT to buy your products.

The fulfillment has notified receiving our container earlier this week and we are waiting for them to do a full inspection and provide us with a final delivery list. If you login to your BACKERKIT, and it status states : Ready to Ship (with the black circle), it means your Carry On unit was assembled and shipped (which does includes yours). However, please await my update upon receiving the final list before confirmation.

I apologize for the situation we are in. The FLOATTI Team is putting more of our own savings to keep this project ongoing and targeting to assemble all the units for our backers. To clarify, your Carry On unit was assembled and shipped. Please allow me to receive the final delivery list before providing confirmation. Yes, it has been a difficult journey and all our backers have been overwhelmingly patient and supportive and I am sorry to hear you had to purchase other bags. However, as one of your units is likely to be delivered soon, the majority of parts being manufacture and with us working to generate a healthy cash flow, we cannot afford refunds.

The container has arrived at the fulfillment center earlier this week and we are waiting their final delivery list after their inspection. As noted in the update, the expected delivery time was 6 weeks to reach the fulfillment center. Thank you for your patience. We got notice earlier this week from the fulfillment center receiving our container, which is 2 weeks earlier than the initial quotation, so that is good news. They will need to inspect the entirety before providing us with a final delivery list. I don't even know where to go with this. I am in the US and my status says ready to ship. From looking at these comments - I am going to need to wait for you to put up a website and then get people to buy more bags so that you can produce mine? This is truly borrowing from Peter to pay Paul... Not healthy business. I would like a refund. Please issue it or I will take up the dispute with Visa. I am very sorry, but feel I have been patient. I have already purchased other bags since these never shipped. No longer have a need and therefore do not want these bags. Thank you.
So, where are all these bags that were shipped? Where are all the HAPPY CUSTOMERS that got there bags? Where is the confirmation emails that a persons bag was shipped and awaiting dispatch? SMH......

Apologies for the delays.
We are working to launch our new website to generate a healthy cash flow. How well we do, will determine the number of units we will assemble for the next batch, targeted during Q3 2018. Depending on the number we will decide which countries we will be shipping to, I will post updates as this progress relaying expectations along the weeks to come.

If, we were to run away with the money, we would have closed this project down already.
We are working on the roadmap and the new website where we will put our efforts to drive sales. When it is launched, I will post an update, and when we have sales data I will post regarding our performance and what this means for the next batch that is targeted to be assembled in Q3. I have been admitting to the mistakes and apologized repeatedly and yes the results are not desirable but we are still making steps to delivery.
when you'll ship to Europe ???? WHEN?
You guys are the worst company ever and I have seen many bad businesses in my regional experience. You aren't even upfront about robbing us of our money. You have not even told us of your sales plan, when the sales period will last until or if your website is even ready for sales for god's sakes. Based on your retail price and a general comparison with other competitors (without the smart handle):
You will not make enough sales.
You will not post any timely sales reports because there will not be much sales.
You will continue to drag everyone here through the dirt and give false hope than to shut this thing down and admit your mistakes.
You will continue to eschew responsibility and blame the factories / bad sales climate / bad customers / God / Allah / logsitics partners while using our money as hostage. Please continue your "determination" and delusions while living under a rock. I look forward to your totally expected failure. I will blacklist your company and all who were involved and actively mention this in my stories at all my networking events as I travel for work. I encourage all to do the same. Like many others, I can safely say, I am out.

We shipped out the majority of Carry On units to Hong Kong. For Check In units, we need to re-manufacture the polycarbonate shells and do another round of industry standard testing with the current assembly factory. The soonest Check In units will be manufactured will be during Q3 2018. Similar to my comment below, this depends on how well we generate a health cash flow, which I will provide information and progress via updates. Once again, sorry for the delays.

We do have forecasts and a roadmap but we are not sharing this information publicly. I understand your request, but we will be sharing our results in updates and what level of progress will trigger how many units, and how this number determines which country or countries each upcoming batch will be shipping to. I agree on your concerns, and we can only bring more positive feedback by delivering a good product. We do have advisers with experience. Having their suggestions to a new product with new features and a company of our size along with factories does take time to implement.

Given many of us are now going to have to wait an undefined period of time before we receive our cases, I believe that the least you can do is provide your backers with a detailed plan on how you plan to achieve sufficient sales to build revenue to allow our items to be built. What is your manufacturing plan for retail? What sales channels are you going to utilise, what markets are you targeting? This isn’t rockets science, you should have a build forecast, a sales forecast, a cash flow and revenue forecast. We deserve the right after waiting so long to see this information My fear for you is that without giving your faithful and now jaded packers some confidences, the social media strength to discredit you will over power your ability to succeed. For what it’s worth, I advise you to find a non executive chairman with some company experience to guide you going forward.

We have a timeline for our goals, which we mentioned are directly dependent on how well we do. So I rather not give a hard date on the next shipment at this stage where we currently do not have enough data. I rather prefer to provide updates on our progress, and when the time comes to submit our order to assemble the next batch, I will have a clear idea of how many units and which countries we will be shipping to.

However, the fulfillment center will provide us with a final delivery list after they inspect the shipment and work out their logistics. And I do not care that it's costly to swap factories which seems to be a hobby of yours. Of course it is but that is not my business - it's yours.
