Horrible horrible horrible!!! Shipped over 4 months late. Then the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The product itself is terribly made with low quality materials. It fell apart immediately. The company will not issue refunds. Stay away at all expense.

Hello,

I agree with AdamZ somewhat. It did ship late, but the company addressed that. It does fall apart – the screws need to be tightened every few days. My main issue is that it cannot go low enough to make my hips comfortable without dragging the floor. Company has not responded to request for help
