@all: We do totally understand, that all of you want the product as soon as possible.
Estimated delivery date is still December 2017.
Please understand, that we are temporarily not allowed to post comments or updates here, because of the lawsuits with the Band KRAFTWERK. For that reason, we do not have a press agency following up here, at the moment.
*Every post of you and of us is reported and causes problems and costs.*
Please understand, that we need some time to solve this.
Thanks to all of you for the huge amount of positive and supporting posts! That definitely helps!

@all: we are not allowed to state on the running law suit with the band KRAFTWERK in the US. We won all over the world already, but the US law suits are very expensive and take a lot of time. For those who think our top level patent offices were not able to check if someone else has rights: this is not the case. As for all of our trademarks and patents this was done, because it is obligatory! Otherwise you are not even allowed to register your trademark! Of cause the band has no trademark rights for mobile power generators or any power applications worldwide. They do have rights for music. We do not offer music. Or did you pledge for music? Of cause anyone can sue anyone without having any rights. That is what the legislation is responsible for. If someone sues you for the color of your hair, you still have to defend yourself or you will loose and get sued and have to pay a fee. Those companies doing this are often called patent trolls, as several backers already stated below. The band claims that their damage is several millions of dollars. It is not our patent offices fault. We do have more than 20 patents, trademarks, registered designs and so on. They are professionals.

@robert, hilarious, maybe you should pay a little more attention to what's going on. I don't care about the case, it's silly all around, but thanks for the pointless, and rather odd, attempt at explaining it.

@Brad: You realize you have the same (first) name as a number of famous people, right? Helpful for you to use their popularity to make you look important. And don't claim that is may be a common name, as otherwise someone could claim that the German word for "power plant" is a common name for, say a power plant (even a small one that fits in your pocket) and a bad name for anything else that wants to protect it - and your argument would fall apart.

@William since Kraftwerk may be silenced, my guess would be that if you buy off their website, the delivery date is August 2018, but Kickstarter supporters is December 2017.

Yea, I know, i do apologize for being annoying, but i just want this over with. Or at least an honest, direct and professional response from them, that would do it. Its devolved into something horrible, not my shining moment, but alas...

Hi,
Just curious, you keep posting here that delivery is to be in December 2017, yet your own website says delivery to be August 2018 ?? Check the link. https://getkraftwerk.com/epages/0d7f620a-d8d8-410b-9d14-7e828e9d8e9e.sf/en_US/…

The ezelloron criminals are just wasting our money on keeping up with the name of kraftwerk, moving to the us and not getting anything done than blaming others for their own failures. And what i don't like at all is that they are deleting all comments which put any bad light on the company or their behavior. Ezelleron give us back the money! If it wasn't for kickstarter you'd have been sued by all backers by now. YOU ARE NOT DOING A THING to support this project. Stop blaming other people and get to work at last!

@Michael - Have you looked at the facebook page for these guys at all? They have totally ditched this product and have been (supposedly) working on a much larger model for electric cars. They have stated on the facebook page that they have done this to bring more stability to their company. They made that change pretty much as soon as the KS campaign was over, which tells me they NEVER intended to deliver this product, which means this entire campaign was fraudulent from the start. Maybe you should do some actual looking into things before you start accusing other backers of having a hissy fit, unless of course you are working with these fraudsters.

Yes, it says 'be respectful and considerate". We all TRY hard to be in normal circumstances.
However, I'd just like to say what happened to my rewards? IT's been a patient year listening to your problems with being called out that your invention was infringing on whatever...
But I have not seen any email telling me of your delivery. so, respectful, would you please advise me?

@Michael- thanks for the help, very well versed in how Kickstarter works, but always appreciate the condescending advice. Some are throwing hissy fits (including the creators), some are not - you blindly do whatever is told to you, we all have to live our own lives. All i want is an answer, which they have not given- they have attacked me privately, but still no answer. You're right, we're not entitled to one iota more, but that doesn't mean we can't ask. You don't have to, i have no more right to tell you how to handle this than you have to tell me - so focus on yourself, quit stressing about comments that aren't yours. Let it go, unless you are working for eZelleron, this isn't your concern. And if you are getting paid by eZelleron, which wouldn't surprise me, then wow.
Michael

@Brad, @Shane, @Richard, et. al. The long and the short of it? You got 100% of what you paid for, a chance at getting a USB mini-generator. This is Kickstarter, not Amazon. Like it, love it, hate it, despise it, be indignant about it, or have a hissyfit like a 5 year old about it, nothing changes that fact. Nothing entitles you to one iota more.

They have shut down their facebook pages for both Kraftwerk and Ezelleron now. Which is funny, because thats where they were active and posting up all this fake news about receiving tons of awards and the like.

Review from Kickstarter
@Ingo - in theory i agree, after 1,000 projects,i certainly understand Kickstarter and its ups and downs. I have projects that have been outright frauds, projects where people were over their heads, projects that were cancelled due to lawsuits, delayed projects but mostly projects that were successful. I don't think this project is a fraud, i don't think they are over their head, technically, but clearly in other ways it is. I don't' want to slow it down, nor am i writing hate mail, bu i want out. Unfortunately, they pick and choose what they want to respond to, don't give me an answer but take multiple shots at backers both publically and privately. So its okay for them write hate posts, but not for backers to question it? I'm not here to change your mind, as i've said numerous times, I hope its successful for you-but i expect more from people than treating backers like they do. Its not about the delay or the lawsuit, its simply a mutual lack of respect that i want nothing more than to move on from, but eZelleron refuses to reply.

Review from Kickstarter
Guys, I don't understand the hate posts against eZelleron. Of course I'm not happy that I got nothing till today, although I paid more than 250$.
But from the beginning I knew, kickstarter is always a risk. If I need the money, I will not invest. Right?
So, in fact I see two possibilities: Maybe, in december 2017 the project will be finished and we get something for out invest. If so, we can be lucky. If not, well, we lost our invest and won experience.
But for sure always writing hate mails is never helpful, causes frustration for everybody, slowing down a process that could become successful.
Give them time. It is positive to see that they are alive!

You guys are crooks, fraudsters, and lairs straight up. If you were not you would refund those who (like I) have been asking for a refund. You CLAIM that every post on here is costing you thousands of dollars, well, I call bullshit. HOWEVER, if that is the case, you damn well better believe I will be costing you many many thousands of dollars until I receive a refund paid in full.
