Nagasaki – The Knife That Stays with You

Editor's Rating
4.9/5?

The combination of the best Japanese steel, German craftsmanship & the production in the German city of Solingen makes the Nagasaki knife truly one of a kind. It’s the knife you want in your kitchen – ultra sharp & long lasting. The use of Japanese VG10 steel that has been handcrafted in Germany gives this knife a unique touch altogether. Just to make sure the quality is perfect, the knife has undergone some quality control tests during its manufacturing days. The blade used here is the Damascus Blade which is made from Japanese VG10 steel that has been hand-hammered & hand forged. There are 67 cutting core layers as compared to normal VG10 steel which mostly comes with 32 cutting layers. This makes Nagasaki a super sharp knife with high cutting quality. The Micarta wood handle adds elegance to the overall design and is ideal for use both by the left and right handed. A knife that will truly add to your kitchen life, now available on Kickstarter starting at a pre-order price of €87.
