Hi @Rabel - yes, you can store liquid in the bottom portion. We prefer to keep our drinks up in the top portion, but some people have used the bottom compartment to store extra ice cubes. Probably goes without saying, but please make sure to rinse out the bottom with warm water and soap if you have previously stored other objects in there, before storing ice or a drink in there at a later date. Hey Charlie, I'm delighted to let you know that my parcel of Bindles has arrived on the 15th. Sorry for not informing you sooner as promised, as I've been unwell and still recovering. Anyway, thank you for stepping up to the plate and helping to resolve the issue with the courier. Your assistance has been nothing short of stellar! As for my bindles, I'm very happy to say that all 6, including the additional lids, arrived in great condition (thanks to those sturdy boxes they came in with). My gripe, if any, is that it's a tad heavy but it's to be expected, I guess, due to its sheer size & material used. All in all, I'm satisfied with the product I received and would definitely buy again and recommend it to others. Also, I'd like to reimburse you for the shipment, so please dm me on how to go about it. Thank you. @Daniel & @Jasmine Hi. Maybe it leaked as the lid wasn't tightened correctly? I initially had the same issue with my coffee lid but after a few tries and applying a slight pressure to it, it worked as it should. I've tried all 4 coffee lids on my 6 bindles and they worked fine. It should look something like this when done correctly, https://i.imgur.com/X6f2MJC.jpg as compared to this, https://i.imgur.com/Q4vD0li.jpg Note that, even if it wasn't tightened correctly like in the 2nd photo, it still wouldn't leak if the bottle were to fall sideways. It'll only leak if you turn your bindle upside down to open the bottom compartment and turn it upright again. So if you're in a hurry and did not manage to tighten it correctly, avoid turning your bindle upside-down or consider opening the bottom compartment with your bindle in an upright position. Hi charles: I received my bindle bottle today, and while I’m happy with it overall, I have encountered the same problem as Daniel has. That is, the coffee lid doesn’t sit firm at the cuff, and as a result, it leaks. Be glad to hear back from you.
Hey Bindle people, So happy to found out this morning that my bottle already has been at the post office waiting for me! Not so happy however that I will have to pay an extra 22$ import fee in order for it to be released :( Maybe for future products let people know they can expect this, I wish I had knew. Hi Charles I have received both my bottles with the coffee lid and overall I am happy with the product. However the coffee lid doesn't seem to fit the bottles properly unlike the original lids which sits firmly and perfectly on the bottle. The coffee lids seems to be of the incorrect sizing as it lacks the depth required to allow it to be properly turned to enclose the entire depth of the mouth of the bottle which results in an apparent gap between the lid the and the bottle which does not appear with the original lids. Appreciate your advice on what would be the recourse for this issue.

Hi Charles. I received an sms notification from FedEx last Saturday, asking me to pay quite a sum (ie around $89) before they would release my parcel. I then contacted customer support via the number listed and was told to write in my complaint, to which I did but these guys were still adamant that I pay up. I've rescheduled the delivery to Friday as I'm still in the midst of trying to get them to clarify the figures in the breakdown that I enquired but if the situation stays the same, I'm going to have to refuse delivery. Anyway, I'd appreciate if you could assist me on this. Thank you.

I added on both the coffee lid and the straw lid and it came with only the straw lid! The coffee lid was the one I wanted more too !! The outside package label says it's suppose to be in my package but it's not

Hi there! I’m happy to report that I have just received my order and am so excited! However, I don’t think the finishing touch is too great on your product (it’s kind of like pouring icy water on my excitement!)... not only I see a good number of marks on the lids, one of my bottle doesn’t fit the lid probably! I ordered two so i have side by side comparison and sadly my blue one doesn’t seem to fit the lid (especially the coffee lid).... I have swap the lids between the bottles but the problem only occur on the blue one so I am sure it is not the lids (I tested all 4 lids on both bottles).

@Thien Le - we're sorry to hear that. I can assure you, we used paint and finishing techniques that are as good or better than the current market leaders. We are also checking each bottle prior to packing and shipping, and high quality has been a core deliverable for Bindle since day one. Love my bindle! Storage has already come in handy for hiking and going to the beach—perfectly fits my wallet,keys and headphones. Keeps the water perfectly cold on a 2 hour hike too! Got my two bottles in an awesome little box with bandanas too—great touch! All in all would recommend 10/10. Hope you make more products!!

I was excited when I got it yesterday, but that excitement is over . Considering how much this cost , the bottle came with a chip out of it and the top is hard to screw on . I’m disappointed now and don’t see the value given the product in my hand.
I'd been tracking my shipment eagerly, and it was delivered while I was out of town. Thankfully my husband snagged it, though he gave me a strange reaction when I mentioned that I'd ordered a bottle for each of us. Upon my return home, I found that was because I only received a small box with 1 Bindle Bottle. It's very nice, but I'm wondering if some of us are supposed to be receiving multiple shipments (but only 1 tracking number was issued).
@Louella - you do not owe additional fees. I reached out to FedEx and they are having an address verification issue. I don't know exactly what that means, so I'm looking into it more deeply and will have a solution for you shortly. I just got a message from FedEx saying I owe additional fees, how is it possible I have to pay taxes and duty fees? I've never had an issue like this. What's going on? I can't afford to kick in more than I've already paid. So now I'm going to not receive it because I don't have the bucks to pay for additional fees. Why didn't you tell us this would happen? I would never have bothered to to give over anything knowing I'd have to pay even more money. So now I get nothing, and I forked money over to you already. Not nice.
Got my little bindle today in colorado. It's awesome! Great quality, nice size, and all caps fit nice and snug yet pop off easily. Tracking showed delivery as tomorrow, so hell yea go everyone! I'm gonna spray the inside of the bottom with plasti-dip, to quiet down the items rattling around inside. I don't see any other minuses in this great bottle. I love it! Thanks for a great campaign, can't wait to see what else you guys might have coming. Maybe different size compartments? And or bottles? I can picture a whole line of these in a rainbow of colors.
