TAG ABO – Blood Type Necklace

TAG ABO is the first multiple-configuration tag for ABO and Rh (+/-) identification. You can set your personal blood type information just by threading the cord through one of the eight predominant groups. Wearing it as a necklace or attaching it to personal belongings you will allow others to identify your blood type group in case of emergency. Doctors always will verify your blood type before a transfusion unless it is a critical situation and you wear a blood type ID.

If you want to wear this for jewelry, that's cool. Just understand that no hospital in the United States will use this to identify your blood type. If you are critically ill, you'll be given either O negative or positive blood, and if there is more time, we will check your blood type and provide your cross-matched blood. It would be considered malpractice to provide blood other than 'O' based on something like this.
