Even though I am still angry, I have decided to cut the loss and accepted their offer which was, I agree with you, not agreeable at all. You know what? After a few correspondents about the detail of the deal, they went silent again. I've not heard from them since around 19 Dec 2016.

They claimed that all shell cordovan bag backer has accepted their proposed solution. I'm not agreeable to what they are suggesting, which is to ask backers to suffer losses on their behalf. What say you?

@Yoonchol They have offered me the same thing. I proposed the following to them:
Accept Chromexcell Horween W on the basis that we will be refunded the amount (Euro 374) between what we have pledged (Euro 619) and the price we would have paid, if we have opted for the Chromexcell Horween (Euro 245). No replies from them too. I've begun to give review on their facebook page and got a reply in defense, but nothing to provide concrete back up. Can I suggest that you gave them a review too and see what happens? I can also contact you on facebook once you gave your review to discuss more on what we can do next. I'll suggest a full story on your perspective so that everyone knows we are not being unreasonable. Thanks.

@Lan, I received a reply form them but it was very much disappointing at the same time. They have offered me 2 other bags for the cordovan. But the value of the offer was way below the "support" I had put in through the Kickstarter for the cordovan. They are asking me to buy their other bags which I don't want at a retail price which is lower than a cordovan reward. I replied my discontent to their customer service and I no response since.

I have asked for help to the Kickstarter and received a long reply. Basically, they were saying, they have not much to do about this kind of situation;no legal responsibility to engage. They were kind enough to contact the creator of this project and asked to answer my messages. But as you have guessed, no replies still. I am going to get legal help in UK where there address is.

In the last update they requested that all questions should be send by email to them. It can be very dificult for young companies to answer to the customers questions on 100 different systems. Thats my experience.
I sent them an email months ago to the customerservice and received a reply right away

Hi, I received my bag today in Singapore and its great quality! One comment is the box was pretty bad condition and would have been great if you could have used a better box than wrapped in cardboard. Great work on the bag though!

I received my bag over a month ago and it absolutly perfect. Someone needs to say this: I don't understand why a lot of backers start using comments to insult and humiliate the founders. You can see that all over Kickstarter. If you have a problem send an email. Most of you have no idea how hard it is to fulfill a project. Its not an online shop. This project might a bit late but most of the projects have delays of over a year. I am very happy and the communication with ENQUEUR was always good.

Hi all, we hope you had a good start in the new year. We have shipped about 50% of all bags. All EU orders should be received already. All international orders are still with DHL according to the tracking.
The rest of the bags will be shipped end of Jan - end of Feb.
