Technology is here to help.
These apps, devices, and tips are here to transform the way you get things done. There’s something for everyone, no matter your style of work.
Trello
Offering you a full view of all your tasks, Trello helps you visualize everything you need to do. You have total control over how you’d like to set it up. At Gadget Flow, we use it for our meetings and have to do lists for the current meeting as well as upcoming tasks. When something is completed, it gets archived which means you can search for it whenever you need. The drag-and-drop UI lets you assign people, add tags, create alerts, and more.
Asana
Similar to Trello, Asana has a drag-and-drop board to help you navigate your tasks. But, it also incorporates a list view, timeline, calendar, and progress to help you visualize everything. If your workload requires more in one place, don’t worry – Asana also has a section to upload files and even a conversation area for you and your colleagues.

Any.do
It’s simple, it’s efficient, and it gets the job done. Any.do puts all your tasks in a priority view on your smartphone. This way, you’ll know what’s due ASAP and what you can put off until tomorrow or next week. It also incorporates a calendar and scales across your tablet, smartphone, desktop, and laptop. You can even set location-based reminders so things stay truly out of sight and out of mind until you need them.
Wunderlist
Going beyond your work to do list, Wunderlist helps you get stuff done in every area of your life. It can help you plan a trip, meet project deadlines, and even collaborate with other users. Because it’s an app, you can share your lists with your colleagues, friends, and family. Plus, the app lets you customize your reminders to give you plenty of time to complete everything. It really comes in handy for things like a shared project so everyone’s on the same page.
Phone reminders
You can’t deny the convenience of a smart assistant, especially when it resides in your pocket. When you’re in a rush, there’s nothing easier than saying “Hey, Siri – ” to add something to your reminders. It’s perfect for those times when waiting for an app to load just doesn’t cut it.
Google Calendar
The tried and true. Google Calendars are exceptionally easy to navigate, share, and edit. The design is without bells and whistles, but the platform isn’t. It integrates with your inbox and is a breeze to send details invites as well as reminders. With an event in place, it’s as vital for digital nomads as it is for office dwellers.
