In contrast, the Ooni Karu is tiny. Made from ceramic fiber-insulated stainless steel with a detachable chimney, it measures just 30 inches wide and 31 inches long. The whole thing stands on sturdy metal legs that fold for transport.
But size isn’t everything. Whereas your standard home oven many only reach 500 degrees, this tiny beast can reach 932 degrees in just 15 minutes. You can choose between wood and charcoal as your power source, and the chimney can be adjusted for temperature control.
