The iKlips DUO Gives Your iPhone Years’ Worth of Storage

“Storage almost full.”

Sorry, fellow iPhone users. I didn’t mean to give you heart palpitations. It’s those three words that stop us dead in our tracks. Our phones only alerts us as we’re taking *the* most important photo or video. We scramble to delete selfies of yesteryear, cringing as we see each one. Next up is scrolling through your apps to see which you can live without – you’re doing everything in your power to make that message disappear. You wipe the sweat from your brow only to realise that the photo-perfect moment has itself disappeared. But, what if I told you there was help and you didn’t need to stress anymore? Introducing the iKlips DUO.

Clipping right into your Lightning port of your Apple device, the compact iKlips DUO gives you an extra 256GB of storage instantly. Yes, you read that correctly. It gives you enough space for a photo of your breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day for the next 124 years.

iKlips DUO

The iKlips DUO works just like the built in storage on your iPhone as it can store files of all types including photos, videos, documents, voice recordings, music, and more. There’s no requirement to sign up for an account nor are there hidden fees to keep it all safe – it’s just plug and play.

On the opposite end from the Lightning connector is a USB 3.1 connector which enables you to upload any of your media and documents to your laptop or desktop. The iKlips DUO makes the entire storage and transfer process as fluid as possible.

The iKlips DUO also has an app available to download to help manage, organize, and access your storage. It’s here that you can choose which files to transfer and how to categorize them. It’s also where you can access the iKlips camera to take photos and videos to be automatically stored on the device. Supporting 3D touch, the app is also able to encrypt your data so you know your stuff is secure.

iKlips DUO

The iKlips DUO comes in multiple capacities with the biggest being 256GB. The other options are 128GB, 64GB, and 32GB. Additionally, the device is protected with an aluminum housing that is available in grey, gold, rose gold, and red. A protective silicone sleeve wraps around the device and provides a cap for the connectors. Thanks to surpassing the first goal of crowdfunding the campaign, the iKlips DUO is equipped with a special leather lanyard for supporters.

iKlips DUO

Currently live on Indiegogo with a campaign ending on May 7th, the iKlips DUO has raised a massive $225k, smashing the original $50k goal. You can reserve your very own device for 40% off retail price. The 256GB is going for $359 while the 32GB is just $79. Other donation amounts include multi-buy options.
